Lovely Jubbly BBQ was founded by Pitmaster Mitch Heath with a passion for competition barbecue, community, and doing things the right way—slow, intentional, and full of flavor.

After several seasons competing throughout the Midwest, Lovely Jubbly BBQ is continuing to grow its presence on the competition circuit, participating in Kansas City Barbecue Society and Rib Cook Off Association-sanctioned events, as well as local contests and building strong partnerships with local businesses and brands.
